  • When calling or emailing about care for a new patient, please try to consider and/or include the following information:

  • Your pet's name, age, gender, species (e.g. cat, dog, etc.), breed, and any additional information you would like to provide

  • Your name, address/approximate location, email address, phone number, and any additional information you would like to provide.

  • Please leave a detailed message if we are unable to answer.  

  • We are often in an appointment and so unable to answer the phone.

  • We make every effort to return all calls & emails within 1 business day.

  • Please note, our phone line does not receive text messages. ​

Clinic Hours
  • Monday-Friday: 9 AM--5 PM

  • Please call and/or email for appointment availability. Evening and weekend appointments may be available if set up in advance.

  • Due to COVID-19, we have limited ability to answer the phone. It is always ok to leave a voicemail, but for non-urgent concerns, please email if possible.

  • Emergency & after hours communications & appointments are generally reserved for current palliative and hospice care patients.

  • If you have an urgent emergency for a new patient and cannot reach us, please call your primary care veterinarian or local emergency hospital.

Service Area
  • Our service area includes the City of Chicago and near north suburbs.

  • In general, maximum travel time is 45 min.--1 hour. 

  • For locations where rush hour/time of day has a major impact on travel time, appointments may be limited.
