When calling or emailing about care for a new patient, include:

Service Area:
Our regular service area includes locations within the City of Chicago & Near North/North Shore suburbs that are a maximum of 12 miles (or 45 minutes) of our office location.

For locations where rush hour/time of day has a major impact on travel time, appointment timing may be limited.

We may be able to see patients for in-person appointments outside of our regular travel area, but services will be limited, especially for urgent/emergency care.

TeleHealth appointments are a good option for patients outside of our travel area.
