Please call and/or email for appointment availability. Evening and weekend appointments may be available if set up in advance.

Due to COVID-19, we have limited ability to answer the phone. It is always ok to leave a voicemail, but for non-urgent concerns, please email if possible.

Emergency & after hours communications & appointments are generally reserved for current palliative and hospice care patients.

If you have an urgent emergency for a new patient and cannot reach us, please call your primary care veterinarian or local emergency hospital.

Our service area includes the City of Chicago and near north suburbs.

In general, maximum travel time is 45 min.--1 hour.

For locations where rush hour/time of day has a major impact on travel time, appointments may be limited.

Cash, Check, Venmo, and Zelle/Quickpay are preferred; major credit cards are also accepted.
