• We respond to calls & emails as quickly as possible, often within 1-3 hours, but always within 1-3 business days. Calls & emails received after 4pm & outside of clinic hours will not be received until the following business day.

• Our regular service area includes locations within the City of Chicago & Near North/North Shore suburbs that are a maximum of 12 miles (or 45 minutes) of our office location.

• Appointments outside of our regular service area may be available on a limited basis (often needing advanced notice).

• We accept payment by cash, Zelle/Quickpay, Venmo. We are also able to accept payment by Credit Card (processing fee will appy).
